Don’t fret, a sure-fire way to get maximum buy-in from your team to keep all the wheels moving forward is to be transparent about where you are going 🚀⁣

1️⃣ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 your vision to your team. Uhh hello, I don’t mean to be captain obvious here but your team cannot possibly be 💯 committed to something if they don’t know where you want to go and how their contribution plays a role. Start with your "WHY". Let them see what your vision means to you & how passionate you are to help them feel connected to it. ⁣

2️⃣ 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 in the planning process. 🗓️ Break down the vision into milestone goals so your team can measure its progress and success. It will help them understand how important their role is in helping the team achieve the vision. The more they see themselves in the process, the more committed & engaged they will be. ⁣

3️⃣ 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 every win🎉Everyone wants to know their work is valued and appreciated. Make sure every goal you reach along the way is a big deal & give praise where it is needed. When things get tough & you face a few setbacks along the way, all the small celebrations will keep your team nimble & focused on pushing forward.⁣

Remember, having a team means being a leader, 𝐍𝐎𝐓 an island🏝️. Lead your team where you want them to go by sharing your vision and what that looks like and just stand back and watch them create success🌟 ⁣

Undeniably 2020 is a year that most want to put behind them.. For me, it was a year full of compassion 💖, challenge, and transformation, and one that has forever changed the trajectory of my life 🎯 ⁠

Like so many others I experienced the loss of loved ones, the loss of a job, isolation, loneliness, frustration of having two kids schooling from home, fear of uncertainty, and every emotion in between! ⁠

Believe it or not, through all that, I came to finally understand what it truly means to live a life of JOY😇 (which was my word for 2020 btw) and create a life you love! ⁠

I've learned that nothing is more important to your success as an entrepreneur than doing the inner work to develop a positive core mindset. It's a journey of self-discovery that will challenge you to question everything you know and understand about yourself and what you want for your life. ⁠

Which has led me to this moment at the start of 2021 where I have come to understand that the Universe truly does have your back if you just SURRENDER to its intentions! 🙏🏼 ⁠
